The Power of 3

As a child I remember loving the number 3. Being naturally drawn to it, saying it was my favourite number when asked. Innocent and unaware of any connection or reasoning behind this number, or any number in fact.

My only other connection to numbers as I grew up was recognising I lived at number 13 for all of my childhood. Learning this had some negative link with bad luck and such, I sometimes wondered if that's why certain things worked out haha.. Now I can laugh about this!

I've never studied numerology, but since about 2008 numbers began to appear in my life, and I'd share this with some friends. I recall a discussion about 11:11 and 22. We both witnessed seeing these numbers repeatedly during days living in Shanghai. I felt reassurance in seeing these numbers and after looking them up, read the connection is simple guidance that you're on the right path. No matter what challenges occur stay grounded and keep moving forward. The hard work and patience will pay off.

I've always been one to just surrender and go with the flow. Drawn to the moon and universal guidance at a young age. My Grandmother used to tell me "what will be, will be".

In 2012 when I began to pull together ideas of a business name for pursuing Reiki and other offerings of well being, I created Harmony Life. I'm a typical Libran in the zodiac. Love to maintain balance, equilibrium in everything and from everyone. If I feel the pull of imbalance I have to look within and handle it. Always trying to keep the scales even and not overflow.

Reiki is through the Heart which is the centre point of the body. As we draw in energy from the Earth and the The Above, it's important we bring this to the centre point and release and then spread what the heart chooses to let go of and keep. I love this about my lifestyle practice. So Harmony Life is a heart led lifestyle practice to suit any aspect of your life to create and maintain balance.

The number 3 in this story came about due to having to select an addition to Harmony Life due to it being already used. I immediately thought to add a number that resonated and 3 cam to mind.

3 is used in Reiki practice frequently when applying symbol work, energy to the client, yourself, or in a room.

3 in numerology connects with good communication, abundance, creativity.

3 is specific to the triad of the universe, connecting heaven, earth, water.

3 points to a pyramid, a highly spiritual and abundant symbol.

333 represents our connection to the past, present and future.

3 is described as a 'perfect' or 'compatible' number can be multiplied by itself over 3,6,9

3 appears in the Bible several times as the number of completion.
